Tours & Weddings

Tours cost $3.00 plus GST per person and may be arranged through Partners in the Park at
(204) 953-4518.

Weddings and wedding photos must be booked through 
Jo-anne Arnott of Partners in the Park at (204) 953-4518.  Other information is provided below.

• Wedding ceremony (including photos and a rehearsal time)

• $350 plus GST.  A $50 surcharge is applied for weddings that are after 6:00 p.m.

• Wedding photos

• $100 plus GST

• The fee is non-refundable and payment in full must be received to confirm the booking

• 50% will be refunded ONLY if cancellation is necessary due to rain

• There is no alternate location within the Garden in the event of rain you should make arrangements elsewhere as a precaution, such as the location of your reception.

Location in Garden

• The Arbour is the most popular location

• The grassy area in front of the Gallery Building can also be used.

Times

• Weddings/Wedding Photos can be booked any day Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Sunday times are 12 noon or 4:30 p.m. as there are weekly Jazz Concerts from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
• 2 hours are allowed per wedding, commencing ½ hour prior to the ceremony time.  The reserved area is blocked off to the public during this time

Rehearsal times are included in the fee but should be booked preferably during regular hours so that staff are on hand to answer questions and advise of usual set up.

Services provided 

• Provide and set-up 85 black folding chairs (if extra chairs are required, this is the client’s responsibility)

• Table with white table cloth for signing the register

• Power access (client’s responsibility to provide CD player or any sound equipment they require)

• Signage will block the area indicating Wedding in Progress
